Shipments are delivered nationwide by the MPL courier service. Delivery time for products in stock takes 1-5 working days, depending on the order placed. If the product is not in stock, the Service Provider will inform you when home delivery is expected.

The delivery fee is determined by the value, weight and method of payment of the order. Please contact us for delivery outside Hungary. The shipping costs below apply to domestic shipments. There is no packing fee.

The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. In case of cash on delivery or personal receipt, the invoice will be settled at the same time as the delivery.

Please inspect the package upon receipt and, in the event of any damage, request a report and do not accept the package. We cannot accept a complaint without a subsequent report.

When ordering, the desired delivery and payment form can be selected when setting up the checkout process, delivery or payment method.

Modes of transport

1.MPL Home Delivery

Shipments will be delivered by the MPL courier service on working days between 8 am and 6 pm to the specified delivery address.

Shipping costs:

• • HUF 990 (up to 0.1 – 1 kg weight)
  • 2490 HUF (from 1 kg weight
  • 2490 forint in case of cash on delivery

Shipments are delivered within the territory of Budapest (see: Delivery area) by the Service Provider. Delivery time for products in stock takes 2-4 working days, depending on the order placed.
